Hyperbaric Chamber Extended Warranties

The Extended Warranty Program extends the terms of the original Limited Warranty offered through Hyperbaric Dives AKA Summit to Sea LLC. This extended warranty may be purchased at anytime throughout the first year of chamber operation.

Original Terms of Limited Warranty for the Dive Series Hyperaric Chambers

All Hyperbaric Dive products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. Within this period. Hyperbaric Dives will, at its sole option, repair or replace the chamber or any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for transportation costs to Hyperbaric Dives located at 1744 Avocet Lane, Mound, MN 55346 or its closest international location. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.

Note: Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer.

THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FINESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HYPERBARIC DIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRIDUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

HYPERBARIC DIVES retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY

Regarding Medical Equipment Sales:

Portable hyperbaric chambers are Class II medical equipment. All consumers must provide a copy of your prescription. As this is class II medical equipment the sale (new or used) and/or rental of such equipment is restricted outside of a physician’s recommendation. Your physician may fax us a copy direct or if you already have a copy you may fax or send us a copy via mail. For businesses purchasing hyperbaric equipment for use in an office setting, we require a copy of of federal Tax ID papers in addition to a signed statement that your intentions of purchasing the equipment are not for personal, rather professional administration.
